EB-1C · Multinational Manager or Executive

Overview

The EB-1C category allows U.S. companies to sponsor foreign national executives or managers who are transferring from an overseas affiliate, subsidiary, or parent company. It is one of the fastest employment-based green card routes because it does not require a PERM Labor Certification.

The applicant must have been employed abroad by a qualifying organization for at least 1 of the last 3 years in a managerial or executive capacity, and must be coming to the U.S. to work in a managerial or executive role.

• Position abroad and U.S. position must both qualify as managerial or executive
